Section 104 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961

104. Formation of Municipal fund and it shall be held in trust by Council.

- There shall be formed for each Municipality a Municipal fund, and it shall be held by the Council in trust for the purposes of this Act subject to the provisions therein contained.
