Heard Mr. Siddhant Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also perused the pleadings in the I.A. No. 48201/2023.
Having noted the wrong reference to the case, we deem it appropriate to correct the order dated 22.2.2023 by recording that instead of case referred in paragraph 3 (HMOP No.517/2018) in the Court’s Order dated 22.02.2023, the O.P. No.1331 of 2021 Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2023.03.29 titled “K.L. Yatheesh Babu vs. J. Sugunavathi” pending before 18:19:11 IST Reason:
the Court at Alandur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to Family Court, 2 Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh should be noted. The order dated 22.02.2023 should accordingly be read with the above correction.
With the above modification, the I.A. is allowed. The Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
