Section 23 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
23. Oath or affirmation by members.
- Every Member, other than the Chief Executive of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall, before the first meeting of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha or as soon as thereafter, make and subscribe before such person as may be appointed by the Government in this behalf, an oath or affirmation, and shall be given a certificate of receipt of the form of oath or affirmation as so made and subscribed, according to the form set out for the purpose in the first schedule.
