(2)The following articles may be stocked in every such canteen, namely: -(a)tea, coffee, milk;(b)such eatables and articles as the Inspector General may, from time to time, approve;(c)soap, oil, combs and the like;(d)fruits, like bananas, mangoes;(e)tooth paste, tooth powder, tooth brush; and(f)stationery articles like pencil, exercise books, and paper.
