(a)An account of the receipt and issue of ammunition shall be kept in a register in B. P. Form No. 191.(b)Ammunition shall be expended according to the date of manufacture and not according to the date of receipt. A red ink entry giving the date of manufacture shall be made below the date of receipt in column I of the form.(c)The Superintendent shall certify every month in the register that he has satisfied himself that all ammunition shown on stock can be satisfactorily accounted for.
