Section 25 in The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007
25. Payment to the University.
- The Trust shall pay to the University from time to lime such sums of moneys and in such manner as may be considered necessary for the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions under this Act.
