337. Applications of funds of areas ceasing to be notified.
- When by reason of any order canceling a notification under Section 334 any notified area cases to be notified the unexpended proceeds of any taxes levied therein under section 336 shall be applied for the benefit of the inhabitant of such area in such manner as the State Government may think fit.Assam Municipal Act, L950
