Section 17(4) in Haryana Municipal Building Bye-laws 1982
(4)the height of a building on muchamahaz (dead load of street) shall be regulated by the width of the street.(b)for buildings in the vicinity of aerodromes, the maximum height of such buildings shall be decided in consultation with the Civil Aviation authorities.
