Section 4B in The Tamil Nadu Open Places (Prevention Of Disfigurement) Act, 1959
4B. Penalty:-
Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 4A shall be punished with imprisonment of either description, for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
