Section 13(4) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(4)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, if a union makes a fresh application for registration as a Representative Union, Qualified Union, or as the case may be, Primary Union, the Registrar shall not entertain such application unless a period of one year has elapsed since the date of disposal by the registrar of the previous application of that union for such registration.] [Sub-section (4) was added by Gujarat 22 of 1966, section 3(b).]
