Section 1 in The National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016
1. Short title and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
