Section 2(t) in D.Y. Patil University, Pune Act, 2019
(t)"sponsoring body" in relation to the university established under this Act means,-(i)Rajveer Foundation incorporated as a company with unlimited liability under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) having its registered office at Sr. Nos. 124 and 126, D. Y. Patil Technical Campus, Ambi MIDC Road, Maval, Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra 410 506, and(ii)Dr. D. Y. Patil Educational Academy registered as a Public Trust under the Maharashtra Public Trust Act having its registered office at Patil Building, Adarsh Nagar, Opp. MIG Colony, worli, Mumbai ;(u)"State" means State of Maharashtra ;(v)"statutes", "ordinances" and "regulations" mean respectively, the statutes, ordinances and regulations of the University made under this Act ;
