(3)With effect from such date all educational institutions admitted to the privileges of the Gujarat University and situate within the University area shall be deemed to be admitted to the privileges of the University, and the University shall, as far as may be possible and consistent with this Act, admit such institutions to all such privileges as they had from the Gujarat University immediately before such date;[****] [Sub-section (4) was deleted by Gujarat 15 of 1970, Section 4.]
