11. Appointment of officers of State Government for Development Authority.
- Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the State Government may appoint for the Development Authority, on deputation, an officer of that Government, possessing such qualifications as that Government may determine, [Chief Executive Officer,] [Substituted 'as Executive Officer' by West Bengal Act No. 10 of 2010, dated 27.5.2010.]Engineer, or Finance Officer, referred to in section 10, or with such other designation as the State Government may consider necessary, and in such manner, and on such terms and conditions, as that Government may determine in this behalf.
