64. Fixed Travelling Allowance and conveyance Allowance.
- The fixed travelling allowance and the conveyance allowance shall be drawn in the pay bill and not on the travelling allowance bill of the officer concerned. To every bill for the conveyance allowance, a certificate shall be attached that the conveyance was actually maintained in good order and used by the official concerned during the month under reference.
