10. Functions of the Committee.
(1)The District Level Single Window Clearance Committee shall meet at such times and such places and shall adopt such procedures to transact its business as may be prescribed.(2)The District Level Single Window Clearance Committee shall examine the proposals for setting up industrial undertakings referred to in sub-section (1) of section 9 and shall take a decision and communicate its decision to the entrepreneurs and the departments or authorities concerned within such time as may be prescribed.
