(2)If the Federal Legislature makes such pro- vision as is mentioned in the last preceding subsection, consequential provision may also be made by Act of the-coat' Federal Legislature for the abolition in whole or in part of direct appeals in civil cases from High Courts in British India to His Majesty in Council, either with or without special leave.
