11. Permits for recruitment by employers. - (1) Applications for permits. The application for issue of the permits for recruitment by foreign employers shall be in Form VI.
(2)The application for issue of permits for recruitment by Indian employers for foreign jobs shall be in Form VII.(3)[ The applications under sub-rules (1) and (2) above shall be accompanied by bank draft of rupees two thousand payable in favour of the Pay and Accounts Officer, Ministry of Labour (Main Secretariat), New Delhi, towards the application fee.]
