Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2017
(1)Where the appropriate Government [intends to acquire land, the proposal for such land acquisition shall be sent along with all the relevant documents to the TNSSIA Unit .
