Section 45(1) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(1)Patents for inventions arising out of investigations undertaken at the University on behalf of an external agency may he taken exclusively in the name of the University or jointly in the name" of the University and the sponsoring agency, any may be decided by the Vice-Chancellor, whose decision shall be final.
