ORAL ORDER
7 06-08-2014Heard learned counsel for the petitioners including Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur appearing in one of the writ applications Patna High Court CWJC No.5638 of 2011 (7) dt.06-08-2014 19 and Mr. J.P. Karn, learned AAG-4, appearing on behalf of the State.
Having regard to the fact that this Court is still being deprived of an appropriate information as with regard to compliance of the order passed by this Court on 13.12.2012 read with orders dated 8.1.2013 and 17.6.2013, there would be hardly any option now but to summon both the Chief Secretary and the Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department to explain as to how the petitioners are liable and also as to whether any decision was taken at the level of the Chief Secretary, as was earlier assured to this Court.
Put all these cases on 26th of August, 2014 when both the Chief Secretary and the Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department shall remain present in person.
