Section 2(v) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(v)'State Level Sports Association' means an elected representative body of District Level Sports Associations, for particular game or sports in the State which is duly affiliated to the Bihar State Sports Council and to Bihar Olympic Association and is registered by the Registrar.
