Section 43(1) in Mizoram (Land Revenue) Rules, 2013
(1)The intimation of any such order as is referred to in sub-section (1) of section 76 of the Act shall be served in the same manner as is laid down in clause (2) of rule 42 for the service of a notice or a requisition.
