Section 6(4) in The Orissa Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007
(4)A member of the Fee Structure Committee shall be removed if he does any act which, in the opinion of the Government, is unbecoming of a member of the Committee and the member so removed, shall not be renominated to the Committee :Provided that no such member shall be removed from the Committee without being given an opportunity of being heard.
