Section 26(4)(a) in Telangana Universities Act, 1991

(a)There shall be Dean/Chairman for each faculty who shall be appointed by the [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] from among the members of the faculty concerned on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor;
