Section 12(2) in Oil Industry (Development) Rules, 1975
(2)If at any time the number of members present in a meeting of the Board or of any of the Committee is less than the required quorum, the person presiding shall adjourn the meeting to a date not later than three days from the date of the meeting, informing the members present and sending notice to other members of the date, time and place of the adjourned meeting is less than the required quorum, the members so present shall be the quorum.
