Section 10 in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
10. Effort of failure to pay occupancy price.- Any person who fails to pay within the prescribed period the occupancy price of a land under the provisions of section 7 or 8 shall be deemed to be unauthorisedly occupying the land and be liable to be summarily evicted therefrom in accordance with the provisions of the Code.
