Section 398(d) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(d)If the Inspector reports that the order has been complied with, the Tehsildars shall transmit the papers to the Sub-Divisional Officer for orders to file the case. The papers shall then be returned to the Tehsildar for consignment to the Record Room.
