Section 6(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987
(1)Every market committee shall establish in the notified area such number of markets providing such facilities, as the Government may, from time to time, direct for the purchase and sale of the notified agricultural produce.
