Section 90(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)In addition to the provisions mentioned elsewhere in these Regulations, the following provisions shall be applicable for multi-storeyed buildings as defined in 59 of part of 1 of these Regulations. In case of contradictions the provisions of Part -V of these Regulations shall prevail.
