Section 2(ii) in Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972
(ii)"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Mines and Geology, Bihar, or any other Officer authorised in this behalf by the State Government to perform the duties of Commissioner under these Rules;
