Section 31 in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
31. Extension of affiliation.-
The affiliated institution may apply for affiliation for additional courses of study. The Board shall follow the procedure as specified in sections 27, 28 and 29, as far as applicable for grant of affiliation.
