Section 2(1)(e) in The Maharashtra Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2010

(e)"Conciliation Officer" means any person or representative of an organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1960 (21 of 1860), or any other law for the time being in force, and also includes Maintenance Officer designated under section 18;
