(6)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall preside-(a)in the absence of the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellor, at the meeting of the Senate, and(b)in the absence of the Vice-Chancellor at the meeting of any other authority of the University or a committee thereof.]
