Information sought:
The Complainant sought information regarding construction of Rail-Over-Bridge (ROB) situated at National Highway 327E between KM 99 to 101.

Complainant: Present through VC.
Respondent: Represented by S.S. Prasad, Asstt. Engineer, National Highways Division, Araria present through VC.
At the instance of the Commission, Respondent submitted that National Highways Division, Araria is an office of Bihar Govt. He further submitted that the case has already been heard and decided by State Information Commission, Patna, Bihar.
Decision In view of the submission of the Respondent, Commission observes that the case has been erroneously registered in CIC and no further action is required.
The Complaint is disposed of accordingly.
