Section 4(1) in The M.P. Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana Avam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam, 2007
(1)An application containing the proposal and the project report to establish a private university for carrying out the objectives enumerated in Section 3 shall be made by the sponsoring body to the Regulator, Commission along with such fee and in such form as may be prescribed.
