Section 82(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)The Pramukh shall send to the Zila Panchayat the account and the budget prepared by the planning and development Committee within seven days of their preparation and the Zila Panchayat shall place the account and the budget before the planning and development committee for scrutiny and making such recommendations as the planning and development committee may think fit.
