76. [ Amalgamation of mining leases/quarry licences. [Added by Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary dated 28/01/2011]
- [The Director] may, in the interest of mineral development and with reasons to be recorded in writing, permit amalgamation of two or more adjoining leases/quarry licences held by a lessee/licensee:Provided that the period of amalgamated lease/licence shall be co-terminus with the lease/licence whose period expires first."
