12. Membership of a Sports Association.
(1)Every District Level Sports Association, registered under this Act, shall be a member of the concerned State level Sports Association.(2)Every primary Sports Body shall be a member of the concerned District Level Sports Association.(3)Subject to the provisions of this Act, any addition, deletion or change in membership may be made only at a General Body meeting of a sports Association.
