54.0All the substances in this class have the property of giving of oxygen when involved in fire and mixture of these substances are readily ignited with combustible material sometimes even by friction or impact. Therefore, all the Boats, all the places or the shore or warehouses shall be thoroughly cleaned prior to receipt of this cargo.
