Section 14(6) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(6)The registrar shall be the ex-officio Secretary and the Executive Officer of the Council. He shall attend all meetings of the Council, and of its Executive Committee and Equivalence and Registration Committee and shall keep minutes of the meetings and names of members present and of the proceedings of such meetings.
