(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act,the State Government may require, by order published in the official Gazette, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, do or cause to be done anything which may be necessary for removing the difficulty.(2)No such order shall be made after expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
