On the remittance of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees ten lakhs only) towards the security deposit by the management of the proposed college and subject to statute 47 .herein the University shall grant provisional affiliation for the first year course of M. Pharm. after collecting a sum of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) towards the fee for the provisional affiliation for the first year course of study of M. Pharm. It shall be competent for the University to withdraw the provisional affiliation granted herein by giving three months notice stating the reasons therefore, to the management of the proposed college.
