Section 13(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint such persons as it thinks fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act or of any scheme, and may define their jurisdiction.
