Section 3(1) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(1)On the commencement of this Act, in relation to each of the existing Universities specified in column (2) of the Schedule to this Act, the corresponding Universities shall be incorporated or deemed to have been incorporated under this Act as a successor body corporate with the same name and with perpetual succession and common seal and shall sue and be sued by the same name.
