Section 1 in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005
1. Short title, commencement and Extent.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Transaction of Business) Regulations, 2005.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.(3)They extend to the State of Rajasthan.
