Section 21(1) in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (Merger of Union territories) Act, 2019
(1)Every proceeding pending immediately before the appointed day before any court (other than a High Court), tribunal, authority or officer in any area which on that day falls within the existing Union territories shall, stand transferred to the corresponding court, tribunal, authority or officer in the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
