Section 36(f) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(f)to prescribe the scale of fees, remuneration, travelling allowance to be paid to the members of the Council and to the Examiners, Supervisors, Invigilators, Inspectors and other persons appointed by the Council for conduct of examination and inspection of Training Institutions;
