Section 29A(1) in The M.P. Khadi Tatha Gramodyog Adhiniyam, 1978
(1)The State Government if it considers it expedient or necessary so to do in the public interest may, by notification, direct that the Board shall be dissolved from such date as may be specified in the notification and thereupon the Board shall be deemed to be dissolved accordingly.
