- The orders of the Superintendent shall.he obtained before any sale is made of unused materials of old buildings. Unless otherwise directed by him these shall be sold by public auction in the presence of a responsible officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector and the sale-proceeds credited to the treasury.IV. - Miscellaneous
